Privacy and personal data
Last updated: 7 November 2026
This notice explains how your personal data is handled when you use the tex.lerp.cloud site, the application form and the Lerp Tex panel. It is also the privacy notice required under KVKK.
Controller and processor
For the data we collect through the application form and for signing in to the panel, the controller is Lerp Games Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama A.Ş. (lerp). For the data companies enter in the panel about their own staff and work, the controller is the company concerned; lerp processes that data on the company's behalf and on its instructions. For questions and requests write to hello@lerp.cloud.
What data we handle
Application. The name, email address, company name, phone number, city and note you type into the form are processed. Your choice of side (workshop or manufacturer) is saved too.
Panel account. If your application is approved, your email address, session details and a record of what you do in the panel are kept. The sign-in code is sent by email.
Company records. The order, production and staff records that companies enter in the panel are processed on the company's behalf. For requests about that data, contact the company you work for first.
Site. We use no cookies or tracking tools on the site; the hosting provider may keep standard access logs for security.
Why we handle it and on what legal basis
- To read, verify and answer your application: taking steps at your request before a contract and legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-c, 5/2-f).
- To provide the panel account and the service: entering into and performing a contract (art. 5/2-c).
- To keep things secure, prevent abuse and automated submissions, and fix bugs: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
- To meet legal obligations: legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç).
Application data comes into being when you send the form, account data when you sign in to the panel.
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. While the form is open, your browser talks to Cloudflare's servers; Cloudflare processes browser and connection details for this check. Turnstile does not track you for advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only as far as needed with providers that help us run the service: hosting and bot protection (Cloudflare) and email infrastructure. We may also share it with the competent public authorities when the law requires it.
Transfers abroad
Some of these providers have servers outside Turkey, so your data may be transferred abroad. We make such transfers on the basis of the safeguards set out in KVKK art. 9.
How long we keep it
We keep applications that are rejected or not concluded only as long as needed to assess them, two years at most. The panel account and company records are kept while the service continues and the company so instructs; they are deleted when the contract ends or destroyed at the end of the legal retention period. We keep email correspondence for at most two years.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask to:
- find out whether your personal data is processed and, if so, get information about it,
- find out the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know who it has been transferred to, in Turkey or abroad,
- have it corrected if it is incomplete or wrong,
- have it deleted or destroyed,
- have corrections and deletions passed on to those it was transferred to,
- object to an outcome against you that results only from automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
Send your request to hello@lerp.cloud. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
